The staff was wonderful, very friendly and attentive. They made sure I had all the information and directions I needed as a disabled traveler. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to attractions like the Louvre and other museums. The beds were comfortable and the rain shower head was a lovely touch. The breakfast, although it could be improved with more vegetarian options, was sufficient and fresh. My mother especially enjoyed her breakfast. Additionally, there were delicious chocolate cakes and other salads available from a local French producer.
Felt like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel De L'Universite. The location was great, close to restaurants, the Seine, and major attractions. My room was spacious and comfortable, with super comfortable pillows. The shower had great water pressure and size. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodated my requests. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent value and overall nice experience.

The hotel is located in a great arrondissement, close to everything. There are many brasseries around, making it easy to find somewhere to eat. It is also close to some great sights, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the central courtyard. The bathroom is clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. There is also a fridge available for guests to use.
Leaving the key with the desk when you leave can be inconvenient.

The hotel had a fantastic location, tucked away in a quiet street but still close to vibrant St Germaine district and the center of this city. We were able to easily walk to major tourist sites such as the Seine, Île de la Cité, and the Louvre. The room was comfortable and clean, with modern facilities including air conditioning and WiFi. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The staff spoke good English and were friendly and helpful.
